How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders as quickly as possible; however, please note that when placing orders on weekends, your order may be shipped out on the next business day. Allows allow up to 24 hours to process your order If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Zelo Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options For Contiguous US:

We have Three domestic (contiguous US states) flat-rate shipping options: USPS, FedEx, and USPS.

For the Non-Contiguous US:

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands,: USPS, FedEx, UPS

For Outlying US Territories: FedEx and UPS

Return Policy

Product returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. Product(s) must be in new condition and contain all original packaging, including any accessories, labels, and the original invoice. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before returns are processed. The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs to the address noted on this invoice above. Once the return is processed, you will be notified via email. When requesting a return, transactions will be processed using the original form of payment. The value credited shall equal the value paid less shipping and handling, and the transaction shall be conditioned following the stipulations of the original offer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The sale or promotional items are non-refundable. Gift cards and Redeem Products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for merchandise or product. Returns and Exchanges for reasons of the defect (online purchases): All returns and exchanges must take place within 15 days of the original purchase. In the case of returns and exchanges due to defective products or items, the customer will be provided a replacement of the same item(s).
